Gentlemen:

We have a telephone conference scheduled for next week w/ all the
attorneys  to discuss our future plans with the claims bill.

I did speak to the lobbyist late last week, and he indicated that, although
they attempted to reserve a time to present the bill during a committee hearing,
the legislature could not agree to hear the bill b/c they had "very limited time."

I was told that the vast majority of injury compensation claims bills did not pass,
including bills involving victims with a significant brain injury & paraplegia.  

We will have an update w/in the next 2 weeks as to our plans.
